Effective date: . These Terms govern access to Adverix Digital Academy (“Adverix,” “we,” “us”) courses, community, and related services.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using our services (including any courses, cohorts, templates, downloads, community areas, and support), you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you are using the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the services. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Adverix Digital Academy.
2. Key Definitions
Definitions are provided as inline glossary tooltips. Examples:
PII, SLA, Account, Content, Purchase, User Content.
- Organization usage may include team seats and centralized billing.
- Confidential Information can include internal business strategies, private links, or non-public recordings.
- Third-Party Services may have their own policies and terms.
3. License
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services and Content for your personal educational use or your internal team use (if you purchased team access), strictly as permitted by these Terms.
- You may not resell, redistribute, publicly display, or make the Content available outside your authorized team.
- You may not remove watermarks, access controls, or copyright notices.
- You may not record, scrape, or download video streams except where we explicitly provide downloads. Attempting to bypass restrictions is a violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services. You will not, directly or indirectly:
- Share accounts, credentials, or seats with unauthorized users.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
- Use the services to violate applicable laws, regulations, or court orders.
- Use automated systems to extract Content, user data, or community posts without written permission.
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access if needed to protect users, the community, or our business.
5. Billing & renewals
Certain services require a Paid Plan. Pricing, renewal periods, and plan features are described at checkout or in the applicable plan description.
- Auto-renewals: if your plan renews, it will renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Taxes: you are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds: unless a specific refund policy is stated at purchase, payments are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. Some purchases (e.g., seats for a fixed-date cohort) may be non-cancellable due to capacity planning.
If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until payment is resolved.
6. Community rules
If the services include a community, events, live sessions, or peer reviews, you agree to keep the environment safe and constructive.
- Respect privacy: do not share others’ Private Details without consent.
- No promotion spam: avoid unsolicited ads, affiliate links, or repetitive self-promotion.
- Protect confidentiality: if a member shares Sensitive Materials, treat it as confidential.
We may remove posts or restrict access that violates these guidelines.
7. Disclaimers
The services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or earnings. Educational content may evolve; we strive for accuracy, but we do not warrant that the Content is error-free or always up to date.
Any examples, case studies, or strategies are provided for educational purposes and may not reflect typical results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adverix and its affiliates, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the services and users.
- On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Content.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date). Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
